Your Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Document all call details clearly in the system
  • Communicate empathetically with clarity and professionalism
  • Meet daily team goals for quality, service, and satisfaction

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year at a single job, preferably customer service
  • Reliable attendance (no absences during the first 90 days)
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
  • Hardwired internet with at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
  • Secure and private home work environment
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
