Job Description Scott Petroleum is seeking a CSR – (Customer Service Representative) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Responsibilities: Scanning all documents and files Taking payments and balancing cash drawer and daily work. Data Entry Building and updating reports. Dispatch delivery orders to drivers. Monitor Customer Tanks that may need a fill. Fill propane bottles on the bottle dispenser station. 2. Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Provide information about products and promotions. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently. Promote a positive customer service experience with a customer-centric approach. Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. Help monitor office inventory levels and report low-stock items to the supervisor. Arrange and display merchandise to attract customer attention. 3. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security.

Qualifications
