Job summary

XPO is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Jessup, MD to handle shipment inquiries, rate quotes, and billing while supporting day-to-day clerical tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, communication, and customer care as part of a busy logistics team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements.
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors.
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions.
• Perform general clerical duties such as answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing.
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $23.57 to $27.06 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set
