Destination Pet LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our veterinary hospital to greet clients, schedule appointments, and manage daily administrative tasks with empathy and professionalism.

You will handle calls, emails, payments, and records while supporting veterinarians and staff in delivering excellent patient care. Weekend availability is often needed; prior veterinary or healthcare exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client service role (veterinary or healthcare preferred).
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and practice management software.
