AGC Auto Glass & Car Care is hiring an enthusiastic, customer-focused Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!

No experience necessary — we provide paid training! If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and helping customers find the right solutions, we want to hear from you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll manage the customer experience from the first conversation through scheduling and service. You'll help customers understand their options, coordinate insurance information when needed, identify additional vehicle-service needs, and recommend solutions that make sense for the customer.

This is an active, customer-facing position for someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, learning new services, and confidently making recommendations.
