Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact and liaison for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will interact with customers, enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, professional support.

You will handle both inbound and outbound communications, assist with product selection, pricing, billing, and claims, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience every day.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
