Job summary

Graybar seeks a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders, handling requests and providing timely, professional support to ensure total satisfaction.

Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence, assisting with product selection, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims, and actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 4+ years experience preferred.
• High School education; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
