As a CSR, you’ll handle a high volume of calls and inquiries while providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every customer interaction is professional, positive, and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service in high-volume environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required.
• Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and respectful service to customers and team members
• Answer calls, emails, and inquiries accurately and efficiently
• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests
• Maintain and update customer records in company systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues; escalate complex concerns as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What You’ll Do

• Assist with account questions, billing inquiries, and service requests
• Maintain and update customer records in company systems

What We’re Looking For
