Featherstone Baking, a well established wholesale bakery distributor serving the New York metropolitan area and surrounding regions, is seeking a reliable, detail oriented, and personable Customer Service / Data Entry Representative to join our team in the Bronx.

Compensation: Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour, with higher rates considered based on relevant experience, particularly proficiency with the Bakers Dozen operating system.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive accurate orders and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
