  • Assist with agency marketing initiatives, leveraging your creativity to drive growth and brand awareness.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and regulations to offer informed solutions.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Arizona Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are HIGHLY desired.
  • Insurance Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, services, and processes.
  • Tech Proficiency: Skilled in office software (MS Office, CRM systems) with experience using marketing tools like social media platforms, email marketing software, and Canva.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to ensure professional and clear interaction with clients and team members.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Marketing Experience: Proven experience in customer outreach and executing effective promotional strategies.
