Responsibilities

  • Respond to client questions via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
  • Assist with policy servicing, including changes, renewals, certificates, and billing inquiries
  • Liaise with insurance carriers to resolve issues and obtain policy information
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our agency management system
  • Support producers and account managers with administrative tasks and customer follow-up

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or insurance experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work on a team and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish is highly valued
  • Proficiency with computers and common office software
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
