Responsibilities
- Create and foster strong relationships with ConGlobal's customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customers’ equipment inventory, repair status, and all relevant activities.
- Develop and maintain professional and effective communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Input repair estimates for the owners of equipment and obtain necessary approvals from lessors and/or owners.
- Schedule and coordinate equipment surveys and adjust repair estimates based on feedback from surveyors, owners, or lessors.
- Update TEC system when equipment is repaired and ensure all relevant data is logged accurately.
- Prepare and manage daily billing paperwork for repaired units.
- Responsible for compiling and submitting monthly storage and handling billing reports.
- Coordinate scheduling of on-hires with the yard supervisor and assist with prioritizing equipment repair with the shop supervisor.
- Update TEC system with sales equipment repairs and movements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. A college degree or relevant certifications in customer service or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with TEC systems or similar inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical, and drug screening.
