Job Summary

Under the supervision of the department manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for performing clinical, administrative, and office support functions in an assigned department or clinic. This includes greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payors
  • Successful work experience in a front office or clerical position
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Ability to effectively use and maintain office equipment
  • BLS or Friends and Family certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
