Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Chesterfield, Missouri, to act as a key contact for customers and ensure total satisfaction. • Answer and manage inbound and outbound customer calls and written correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Enter orders, handle requests and provide timely support to customers.
• Assist in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application guidance to customers.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
