Role Overview
Use your problem-solving and listening skills to assist Cigna Healthcare customers. You will answer questions about benefits, eligibility, prior authorizations, and claims. Additionally, you will suggest programs that support overall wellbeing.
Training & Work Environment
We provide 11-12 weeks of comprehensive training during your first 90 days to prepare you for success. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Minimum Requirements
Internet connection must be via cable broadband or fiber optic with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
Compensation ranges from $17.75 to $19 per hour, depending on experience and location, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.
