Job summary

Destination Pet is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative for our Raintree Pet Resort and Medical Center location. You will greet clients, manage phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and handle payments with accuracy, all while supporting veterinarians and care teams.

The ideal candidate brings veterinary or healthcare client-service experience, superb communication, and strong organizational skills.

We're currently sniffing out our next Customer Service Representative at Raintree Pet Resort and Medical Center.

We are seeking an experienced and polished Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dedicated team and help us deliver customer excellence with each client and patient.
