About The Role
The Customer Resource Associate plays a critical role within our Customer Resource Center by handling customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints with professionalism and accuracy. This is a fully remote position, including training. You will be expected to maintain service excellence, timely communication, and accurate documentation of interactions. This role is ideal for candidates with recent customer service or call center experience who are comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax
  2. Resolve service-related issues for residential and commercial customers
  3. Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions in internal systems
  4. Perform outbound follow-ups to ensure service completion and customer satisfaction
  5. Review personal performance metrics and collaborate with supervisors for improvement
  6. Attend and complete all training modules to gain required service knowledge
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  1. Minimum of 1 year recent customer service or call center experience
  2. Ability to work any 40-hour schedule Monday through Friday between 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
  3. Available for mandatory training (no time off allowed during first 3 weeks)
  4. Training hours: 9:15 AM – 6:00 PM EST
  5. Must provide a hard-wired internet connection and distraction-free workspace
  6. Minimum home internet requirements:
  • Ping/Latency ≤ 100ms
  • Download ≥ 25 Mbps
  • Upload ≥ 5 Mbps
  • 0% packet loss
  • Willingness to be on video for meetings and training
  • Bilingual (Spanish) experience in a business setting is a plus
