About The Role

MCI is seeking Remote Call Center Customer Service Representatives to provide exceptional support to its clients. This full-time, work-from-home position is ideal for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Representatives will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat platforms while maintaining high levels of professionalism and accuracy. To be considered, applicants must complete a full application on MCI’s careers page, including a brief pre-employment test and screening questions.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
