About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our company and our customers, delivering outstanding service and ensuring inquiries are resolved promptly. Your primary responsibility is to respond to customer questions, handle complaints, and provide accurate information regarding our services and policies. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database
• Gain a clear understanding of the company's services through job training
• Communicate relevant information to customers in a clear and professional manner
• Log and monitor customer account activities and reported concerns
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
• Process customer orders and calculate charges as needed
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Provide updates and explanations on any policy changes
• Document all service tasks and submit reports to management
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a high school diploma with relevant experience will also be considered
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or a related front-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
