Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle orders, answer product questions and support customers across phone, email and chat.

This on-site role offers comprehensive training, growth opportunities and a benefits package starting from day one. You will build relationships with customers and contribute to a fast, service-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluent written and verbal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using company systems.
• Be a product and solutions expert and answer product, pricing and shipping questions.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
