Job summary

Uline is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Georgia branch. The role involves handling orders, answering product and shipping questions, and building lasting customer relationships, across phone, email and chat on-site in Braselton, GA.

We offer strong training and opportunities for growth in a family-owned company. Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), excellent problem-solving and communications skills, and fluent English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using company systems.
• Provide product, pricing and shipping information accurately and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline solutions accordingly.
• Assist customers in navigating Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
