Job summary

Uline is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative at the Georgia Braselton branch. You will handle orders, provide product recommendations and answer questions via phone, email, and chat, delivering legendary service to customers.

This is a full-time on-site role with varied shifts. Pay ranges from $26 to $30 per hour, with growth and earning potential in a family-owned company that offers training and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using company systems and provide product recommendations.
• Answer pricing, product and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build relationships with customers via phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and suggest Uline's best solutions.
• Guide customers through the online ordering process.
