Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping materials, seeks a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for its Georgia Branch. On-site, full-time hours with strong training, growth potential, and legendary service focus.

You’ll build relationships, answer product, pricing and order questions, and support customers via phone, email and chat. Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), problem-solving and communication skills, and fluent English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but training will be provided.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.

• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
