Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Bangor, ME branch. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with their day-to-day financial needs and building trusted relationships.
The role focuses on identifying customer needs, making referrals to loans, trusts, investments and other services, processing transactions promptly, and contributing to branch goals in deposits and loans. Full-time, on-site, 40 hours weekly.

In a Customer Service Representative role, you can expect to:
This role focuses on obtaining general banking knowledge and mastering routine transactions, to include account opening. An interest and experience in customer service and a working knowledge of Windows are essential for this position.
The compensation for this position is based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, and geographic location. We offer a competitive pay range and opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. Pay Range: $15.50-$20.00
High School or better.
