Job summary

Kärcher in Aurora, CO is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle calls and emails about orders, pricing, tracking, and returns. You will resolve issues within SAP and our ERP system while maintaining a professional rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding placing orders, order status, pricing information, tracking information, order changes, cancellations and returns.
• Follow defined parameters to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Perform order management functions within the SAP ERP system.
• Maintain a professional rapport with every caller.
• Assist distribution partners with eCommerce and portal functions.
• Track sales orders through shipping and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update customer information in the CRM system during and after each call.

The salary range for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 hourly depending on experience

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails regarding placing orders, order status, pricing information, tracking information, order change notifications, order cancellations and/or returns, order problems, questions, and general customer concerns.


• Follow defined parameters to resolve customer issues as effectively and efficiently as possible


• Perform order management functions within company ERP System (SAP)


• Maintain a high level of professionalism and work to establish a positive rapport with every caller


• Assist distribution partners with the use of eCommerce and portal functions


• Track sales orders through shipping and invoicing to ensure on-time delivery where possible


• Update customer information in OneView, the company’s Customer Relationship Management system, during and after each call as required per procedure

Physical Demands

Occasionally lifts up to 30 pounds or carries and balances while working in the office environment and frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination.

Work Environment

Normally in a typical office environment with a computer, its peripherals, and IT. Makes regular visits to manufacturing and distribution facilities.
