Customer Service Representative – AT&T Authorized Partner

This range is provided by Tunnel Vision Marketing. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $35,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist with billing inquiries, plan upgrades, and service troubleshooting.
• Educate customers on AT&T products, promotions, and special offers.
• Resolve concerns quickly and efficiently while delivering top-notch service.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records.
