Job summary

Palmer Group in West Des Moines, IA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for inquiries and issues in an on-site role. The position runs 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, supporting external clients with top-level service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and prior customer service experience, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a business environment.
• Familiarity with insurance and related products (preferred).
• Patient and understanding approach to customer service conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to answer questions.

Responsibilities
