Job summary

Comfort Insurance and Finances is seeking a licensed Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team and deliver exceptional service to our clients in Miami, FL. You should hold a Florida 4-40 license and bring 1–2+ years of insurance customer service experience, with bilingual English/Spanish abilities valued for client interactions.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM schedule, full-time employment, and a compensation package including $18–$20 per hour plus bonus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with policy questions, billing, and coverage details.

• Deliver policies and conduct follow-ups as needed.
• Maintain detailed and compliant client records.
• Provide professional service via phone and email.
