La Clinica de Familia (LCDF) in Southern New Mexico is seeking a Records Clerk to maintain medical records, protect patient confidentiality, and assist with front office functions to ensure excellent patient service.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a non-exempt, patient-facing environment. Benefits and friendly teamwork are emphasized.

Job Summary:

Responsible primarily for maintenance of medical records and respective patient information, ensuring confidentiality and safe-guarding, and in compliance with applicable LCDF policies and standards. Also assists with other front office functions, especially providing effective customer service to patients, at assigned clinic

Job Requirements:
