Job summary

Regency Furniture is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Virginia. You will handle customer orders, process payments, and help ensure a smooth, friendly showroom experience for all guests.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. Bilingual applicants are a plus. Regency Furniture promotes growth and values teamwork and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the system accurately and completely.
• Process payments to proper accounts and maintain security of cash.
• Prepare daily deposits in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Schedule deliveries and communicate order status with customers.
• Maintain showroom displays and a customer-friendly showroom appearance.
