Job summary

Dental Associates in Wisconsin is seeking a customer service oriented team member to assist with billing questions, greet callers, and manage high volumes of calls. The role requires strong phone handling, active listening, and the ability to multitask while supporting payment plans and training new staff.

Office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Thu and 9:00am-3:00pm Fri, with a hybrid schedule 2-3 days in the office weekly. This position offers definitive growth within a dental group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; working with other teams to resolve problems on customer accounts; following up to ensure resolution
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
• Identifyand assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keeprecords of customer interactions
• Collectpayments and set up payment plans
• Assist with training new employees

• 40 hours per week
• Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm & Friday 9:00am-3:00pm
