Dental Associates is seeking a Customer Billing Specialist to assist with inquiries, collect payments, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves handling high volumes of calls, resolving billing issues, and supporting training for new staff.

The position is 40 hours per week, hybrid schedule with 2-3 days in the office, and requires a High School Diploma or equivalent along with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
• Customer oriented with ability to adapt to different personalities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Responsabilités

• Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions.
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determine cause; coordinate with other teams to resolve issues on accounts; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
• Keep records of customer interactions.
• Collect payments and set up payment plans.
• Assist with training new employees.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist internal and external customers with billing issues and questions
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling

Schedule

40 hours per week

Monday through Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm & Friday 9:00am-3:00pm

Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office per week
