**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Answer a high volume of inbound calls to assist clients with their eClinicalWorks software
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients using the software
- Document customer inquiries accurately in the support system
- Provide accurate information and education to clients regarding their inquiries
- Utilize de-escalation skills and escalate cases as necessary according to procedures
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School Diploma
- High-speed internet service to utilize VOIP calls and VPN software
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with various levels of medical and IT professionals
- Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Ability to diffuse escalated situations and build effective working relationships
- Experience in IT, medical terminology, and/or medical software
- Ability to multitask with multiple screens and systems simultaneously
- Typing speed of a minimum of 45 words per minute on a standard keyboard
