Job Description

The Customer Service Representative position involves answering and making phone calls (NO cold calling), interacting with customers, and answering calls from our field technicians.

Primary Duties

• Answer incoming phone calls inquiring about the service and customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Write emails to managers
• Ensure follow-up calls are made to customers

Salary Range

$40,000 and up based on experience
