In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, assist with service bookings, and support dispatching field technicians. This position offers a starting pay of $22+/hour with excellent benefits upon hire including medical and 401(k). • Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries
• Assist customers with questions and service bookings
• Coordinate, dispatch, and debrief field technicians
• Order parts and support daily operations
• Maintain organized and accurate office records

• Customer service or dispatching experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services is a plus
