In this role, you will provide support to our customers, ensuring they have all the information and resources they need. The company crafts and distributes premium steel buildings with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This is a remote work from home position. Candidates must be located in the United States and able to work Eastern Standard Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments
• Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
• Contribute to company reports
