• Provide ongoing support to internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams

• Utilize order management systems to research order history and status
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal partners through written and verbal communication
• Follow established processes to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely responses
• Manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus, attention to detail, and appropriate urgency

The National Sales Client Services team is seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative. This team supports internal associates across Ferguson Home sales and support teams by providing timely and accurate order information. The role focuses on researching lead times, responding to ETA requests, and identifying purchase order and sourcing details to enable customer-facing teams to deliver a positive customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, working with structured processes, and contributing in a fast-paced, collaborative support environment. This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid for associate in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Salary & Benefits

#Li-Remote - Pay Range:

• Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
• $15.00 - $19.04 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
