Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Showroom Sales Support Representative to assist the sales team and ensure accurate order processing and timely quotations for Showroom customers and Builders. This on-site role works with the Outside Sales team, handling behind-the-scenes activities to meet customer needs.

The position emphasizes strong customer service, quick decision-making, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while building relationships and learning product knowledge.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Showroom Sales Support Representative. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Work hand-in-hand with Outside Sales and Showroom Consultants by performing the behind the scenes sales functions that ensure our customer's needs are being met.
• Support the Sales team by ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate order processing for our Showroom customers and Builders.
• Updating customer contracts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Qualifications

• Prior sales and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range

• $17.77 - $28.42
• Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
• The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
