Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a patient and physician support specialist in Chantilly, VA for a Hybrid in-office/remote role with standard hours of 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed. This position is part of Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. and offers a supportive, inclusive workplace.
You will handle calls about test results, billing adjustments and other information, while delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving support in a fast-paced environment.
