Sunrise Medical Laboratories, Inc. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

You will receive calls from physicians, patients and internal staff regarding test results, supply orders and billing questions, and you will provide clear, courteous information. The ideal candidate is familiar with medical terminology, has strong computer literacy and typing skills, and can troubleshoot and follow up efficiently in a fast-paced lab
