Penn State University is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support university transportation and parking services, assisting daily and event parking for faculty, staff, students and visitors. The role requires strong customer service and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
The hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with mandatory overtime for home football games and events.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime is required for home football games, student arrival, and other events based on staffing needs.
This position will require a valid driver's license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and the ability to work outdoors while standing and walking in all weather conditions.
This position will be filled at the Intermediate Support level.
Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $36,888.00 - $53,532.00.
