Job summary

Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. in Tyler, TX is seeking a full-time Call Center Associate. You will provide exceptional service to patients, clients, and our lab team over the phone and work in a busy call center environment.

Responsibilities include processing billing claims, analyzing accounts, and helping callers understand charges while upholding safety, compliance and quality control. A High School Diploma and 1 year in a related setting are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience working in a call center or in the laboratory.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Top notch typing proficiency (at least 35wpm), including 10-key.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• Associate’s Degree or Medical Assistant training
• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
