• Effective verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• 10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry, 40 WPM speed and accuracy.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
• Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA are upheld.
• "Team Player" mindset required.
