Golden Artist Colors is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New Berlin, NY. This full-time role supports order processing, customer inquiries, and cross-department coordination to deliver exceptional sales service.

Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive the best sales service possible through effective processing of orders, and communications and planning with other functional departments. Serve as the customers advocate in accordance with company values, constructs, and policies. Develop and maintain relationships with all customers as part of the corporate goal of customer intimacy.
