Role Profile
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to provide sales, service, and distribution support to our customers. The CSR is the direct interface with customers and is responsible for addressing customer needs and coordinating problem solving in concert with Sales and cross-functional partners. The CSR works in partnership with field sales representatives; manages all aspects of the order fulfillment process; and builds working relationships with internal partners within supply chain, business, and manufacturing.
Note: We are only looking for candidates who are currently based in St. Louis, MO, and can work a shift from 10AM-7PM CST.
