Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound calls to members, attorneys, and associates.
• Achieve an average call handle time of no more than 6.5 minutes.
• Handle at least 7 inbound calls per hour, making outbound calls as needed.
• Limit follow-up status to 30 minutes.
• Gather and input specific membership information into the TVC portal.
• Accurately document interactions in member files.
• Explain and instruct members on paperwork and procedures.
• Translate calls, emails, and documents as required for bilingual support.
• Complete all assigned training and maintain effective communication with supervisors and team members.
• Report absences and emergencies to the supervisor prior to shifts.
• Maintain good attendance and submit leave requests in advance.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED, or relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and internet searches.
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in virtual communication tools (email, messaging, calls).
• Knowledge of legal terminology is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform tasks requiring close and distance vision, color perception, and focus adjustment.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week; overtime with approval.
• English/Russian shift: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm CST.
