Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Springfield, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for customers, entering orders and handling requests with timely, professional service. You will interact with customers on an ongoing basis, support product selection and order status, and maintain courteous communication.

The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with pay from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and employee stock

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with tact and courtesy.
• Experience in retail or counter sales is a plus.
