Job summary

Driven Autobody Shop in South Sioux City, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers and the shop team through the collision repair process. The role combines communication, scheduling, payment coordination, file management, and administrative support to keep repairs organized and customers informed.

You will be the primary contact for customers, coordinating with insurers and vendors, and ensuring accurate records and timely updates throughout the repair journey.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related customer service experience preferred.
• Clerical or administrative experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Communicate with customers by phone and provide timely updates regarding their vehicle.
• Communicate with insurance company representatives, vendors, estimators, and other shop team members.
• Schedule customer appointments and help coordinate the repair process.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate payment information.
• Create, organize, and maintain customer files and related documentation.
• Assist with forms, paperwork, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer information and repair records.
• Provide administrative support to day-to-day shop operations.
• Work with estimators and production staff to keep repairs organized and moving forward.
• Assist with parts ordering and returns, supplements, estimates, and quality-control processes as needed.
• Help identify and communicate issues that could affect the customer experience or repair process.

What You'll Do

• Collision repair experience is helpful but not required
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
