Compensation Range:$15.50/hr(BONUS POTENTIAL - Ask about our Comp Plan!)

TheCustomer Service Representative (CSR) Data Specialistwill focus primarily on account updates, customer service, in a call center environment, and special projects. This position will have performance benchmarks and production expectations.

  • Interact with other staff members to resolve problems and must ensure that all communication is positive and productive.
  • Schedules priorities to meet deadlines as determined by management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Microsoft Office Suite; Excel highly preferred.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience in public safety or medical services preferred.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
