What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Process incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry and status verification
- Maintain accurate record-keeping in accordance with company specifications
- Explain detailed processes and procedures to customers
- Adapt to new and rapidly changing situations while supporting the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP)
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support business needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX)
- Familiarity with PowerBI and/or Genesys
